Tuesday 14th October meeting: …not just Nordic walking presentation by Matt Gibbs

 

I was honoured to be able to share some of my experiences of dealing with personal health challenges and how I have come to learn how beneficial Nordic walking is for anyone, particularly people living with Parkinson’s.
