You have just as much chance of improving your health as the next person. It will take some time, some patience, some belief, some accountability, some education, some new food, some activity, some soul searching, some friends, but it is POSSIBLE.
I didn’t know what was achievable with my weight and my health when I came to the realisation that I was borderline obese, with elevated blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels. I wish I’d had someone there at that moment to reassure me that anything is achievable IF YOU JUST BEGIN.
