Five minute salads
10 Mar 2013
Since upgrading my lifestyle SALADS have become a staple. I was never averse to making or eating them in the past, but getting the health benefits of salads means having them on a regular basis, and that means planning, preparation and inspiration.
I have my own techniques that I’ll share with you in one of my salad tutorials, but here are some inspirational ideas for five minute salads, particularly if you’re short on time, which many of us are. Note that some of these claim to be less than 1 minute salads, but with the preparation involved you will need more than 60 seconds. I’ll also share with you in another post how to REALLY make ONE MINUTE SALADS – at home, at work, or on the road.
It might take you 5 minutes to prepare the ingredients one evening, but you can mix them all in work in under a minute.

If you had some pre-boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs left over you could do this all in under 5 minutes if you’re nifty in the kitchen. Speedy salads are all in the training, and I can teach you some good tricks in my salad tutorials.
