There are 101 different ways that you could go about it. The beauty of it is that if you start changing your health for the better today, and keep on your journey of health improvement then it will certainly get better.
All I can do is guide you there more quickly, more efficiently, and with less of the cost and the pain of trying what you may have already tried once or twice in the past which is not going to work this time either.
If you choose a tactic or a method which is doomed to failure, then the only problem is if you let that failure derail you from your path to better health. If you pick yourself up, dust yourself down, and set off on your journey again, then it won’t be long before you see further improvements.
